The success of any installations project depends on an effective roll out and management of a project from start to finish. IES is unique in that we are 100% focused on efficiently and correctly installing control rooms.

We take a resolute approach to the quality of our installations. As a result IES can be trusted to take full project management responsibility for the entire process of installing control centre’s, anywhere in the world. Our purpose is to install control centre’s with the maximum possible structural integrity, reliability and safety.

We constantly strive to reduce the cost of installations through the development of more efficient work processes and the use of new technology. IES installation team members are hand-picked for their knowledge and “hands on” experience.

The teams include qualified engineers, electricians, IT specialists, and seasoned equipment installers. Under the direction of one of our experienced project managers we take responsibility for the entire control room installation

Undertake preliminary engineering studies

Develop operational, quality procedures and project programmes for each installation

Design and procure all necessary equipment to be installed

Manage logistics and planning issues

Install the ancillary systems like air-conditioning, fire safety and access control

Install the video walls and other vision aspects

Prepare and install the flooring, seating, consoles, operators equipment, video panels and the lighting

Test and commission control room

Prepare project completion reports

All our onsite work is done under the control of trained supervisors (all of whom are experienced in working alongside decommissioning teams)
